Terms & Conditions: All terms and conditions set by the customer apply when you purchase points. Some restrictions apply to participating frequent customer programs, including blackout dates and capacity controls. For exact blackout dates and restrictions, please contact the frequent customer program directly. Any airline or hotel may change their participation in the program without notice. They also may make award-level changes, blackout-date changes or capacity-control changes. Points Post is not responsible for telling you about any changes made by participating frequent customer programs. We are not responsible for any points that you convert into a frequent customer program, or for the actions of any participating frequent customer program. If an airline ends their participation in the program, we may limit the number of points you can transfer to that program before their participation ends. This limit won't be less than 100,000 points.
Returns and Refunds Policy
All transfer are final and CANNOT be reversed. There will be no refunds once we transfer miles into your account. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALL SALES FINAL.

Digital products REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for digital currencies, reward points, and miles once the order is confirmed and the product transfer is initiated. After a purchase is completed successfully once a transfer is initiated we will send a transfer request to the rewards partner and supply a confirmation that transfer was initiated successfully. If points do not show in your account you agree to deal directly with the points issuer and release Points Post from all liability. Additionally, by making a purchase on the Points Post website you agree to waive your rights to file a dispute with your credit card issuers. All dispute must be taken directly to points issuer.

Refund Information: Subject to applicable law, (i) your Transfer may be cancelled for a refund of the Transfer Amount, unless the Transfer has been disbursed or deposited by us at the time we received your cancellation request and (ii) except as described below, the Transfer Fees associated with your Transfer are usually not refundable. To cancel a Transfer or request a refund, contact the POINTS POST through the Website or via phone at 1-888-714-7624. All refund requests for Transfers will be subject to POINTS POST review and discretion and will normally be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid written request unless a shorter period is required by law.
If POINTS POST determines that you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited to your original funding source, (which may be your bank account, debit card account or credit card account, as applicable).
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL POINTS POST BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF ITS EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS OR OTHERWISE, BEYOND THE SUM OF $500, UNLESS YOU HAVE OBTAINED A HIGHER LIABILITY LIMIT BY CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ABOVE AND PAYING AN ADDITIONAL FEE. IN NO EVENT SHALL POINTS POST OR ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR THE LIKE.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USING ACCOUNT TRANSFER: MAKE SURE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER, ACCOUNT PROVIDER DETAILS, AND CURRENCY SELECTED ARE CORRECT BEFORE SENDING. IF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER OR ACCOUNT PROVIDER DETAILS ARE INCORRECT, POINTS MAY BE CREDITED TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT AND MAY NOT BE RECOVERED.
POINTS POST may rely on information You provide and may rely solely on the Account numbers and identifying numbers that You provide for identifying an Account and/ or Account Provider, regardless of whether or not You also provide the name of the Account holder or the name of the Account Provider.
TRANSFERS TO ACCOUNTS: Receiver's agreement with the Account Provider governs Receiver's rights, liabilities and fees (including fees to transfer out of an Account), and the Account Provider may impose its own restrictions regarding points availability, limits that may be transferred to or held in an Account, hours of operations, holidays or other limitations. In most cases, Receiver must be enrolled in the Account program to receive such a transfer. A Receiver who is not enrolled in the Account program may be able to receive funds and may be subject to additional requirements.
Change in Terms: We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, at our sole discretion, and (a) if required by law, sending a notice of such change or a copy of the amended agreement to your last address or email address shown in our records or (b) if required by law, posting a notice at the Website. Prior notice may not be given, however, when not required by law or where an immediate change is necessary for security purposes. By continuing to use the Service(s) after any such change, you agree to be bound by the changed terms and conditions of this Agreement as of the effective date of such changes.
