Transfers will normally show in your account in under an hour however, it may take up to 24 hours depending on the reward program.

Transferring points is easy:


- Before the Transfer -

1. Make Sure to Check Award Seat availability before transferring points by visiting the partners website
2. Transfer enough points into your account to redeem for your award seat, or top up your  account to use them at another time in the future.


- Transferring points -

1. Search: Choose the Airline or Hotel tab on the homepage.
2. Select: Click on the partner logo you would like to transfer points to.
3. Transfer: Once you've selected a partner, you will be presented with step-by-step instructions to complete your transfer.


- After the Transfer -

1. Once transfer is complete, login into your rewards points Account and follow the procedure for redeeming your reward.
2. Please note no booking can be made until the points are fully credited to your account.
3. Once points/miles are credited to your account, changes, reissuance or recredit are not allowed.

All redemption bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the the rewards programs partner.
